The Reservation and communication coordinator is responsible for helping customers with various questions about our hotel and services plus the administrative flow from incoming reservations. You start your day with a set daily checks and tasks in our PMS system, Opera, and will continue to handle reservations for both individual guests and leisure groups. You have a heart for hospitality and are eager to help customers by emphasizing their needs. You are able to anticipate with the best suitable solutions for every problem. Not afraid to take the telephone! You can pro-actively identify new potential accounts and liaise with our sales colleagues in order to secure future business.
30% of your tasks will be handling communications related tasks and projects, such as mailing campaigns, content creation and planning plus client communication.

- Availability: we are looking for someone to start between January and February 2025.
