It’s been 12 years now since I started working at this hotel. From the very beginning, I was amazed by the sense of professionalism, dedication, and team spirit I witnessed from both my colleagues and management. Every day, we tackle challenges together in this fast-moving environment. What I truly admire about Pandox, is the strong drive to always stay one step ahead and embrace new opportunities. At Pandox, we are given the chance to grow, achieve our goals, and do so with a great deal of independence—allowing us to make our own decisions, learn from our mistakes, and continuously improve. My greatest achievement and pride is my team, as nothing would be possible without them. We are one big family, where we can count on each other to be the best versions of ourselves and the best hospitality professionals we can be.

Never had Confucius' saying been so true: "Find a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life." Why am I talking about all this? Because I'm pretty much in the same situation today. It's been almost 18 years since l've been in the hospitality sector. It took me a few years and a lot of mistakes to get here, but I made it! As I recently told a friend who asked me about my job, I love my work within Pandox Family! Not for the salary and prospects (even though they are well above market rates) but for the intellectual capital it brings me. The opportunity for constant professional and personal growth is another aspect / appreciate. / enjoy interacting with clients, but I also greatly appreciate the discussions among colleagues.
