Located in the heart of Brussels, The Hotel Brussels is a 4-star superior property offering 423 rooms and panoramic city views. Our Urban Spa by CODAGE is a refined wellness destination dedicated to excellence, personalization and premium guest experiences.

We are currently looking to strengthen occasionally our team with talented and motivated SPA Therapist Freelancers. This is an opportunity to work in a unique spa environment and actively contribute to its success.

Your Role

As a SPA Therapist Freelancer, you will deliver exceptional face and body treatments while ensuring an outstanding and personalized guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Client Relations

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth and discretion

• Identify guest needs and personalize the spa journey

• Complete CODAGE training and act as an ambassador for both The Hotel Brussels and The Urban Spa by CODAGE

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure an exceptional level of service at all times

Treatment Delivery

• Perform facial and body treatments according to spa and CODAGE protocols

• Maintain consistent excellence in treatment quality and technique

• Participate in CODAGE technical and process training sessions (mandatory training on April 7th, 8th or 9th)

Hygiene & Spa Standards

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms

Profile & Qualifications

• Certification in aesthetics, cosmetology or wellness (CAP, BP, BTS or equivalent)

• Strong service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Punctuality and reliability are a must

Languages

• Fluent French (mandatory)

• Intermediate English (required)

• Any additional language is an asset

Contract & Working Conditions

• CODAGE technical and process training sessions organised on April 7th/8th or 9th (kindly note that there is no compensation foreseen for this training)

• Services will be provided on a freelance basis and invoiced accordingly. Compensation will be processed upon receipt of a valid invoice, in line with the agreed payment terms.

  The hourly rate will be determined based on the therapist’s level of experience and expertise, and will be agreed upon in advance.

  Remuneration structure may vary depending on the type of engagement, whether:

  • Half-day assignment

  • Full-day assignment

  • Per-treatment basis (à la carte services)

  All terms and applicable rates will be confirmed prior to each collaboration to ensure mutual clarity and alignment.

• Peak periods: Friday evenings, Saturday full day and Sunday mornings. Weekend and public holiday work required.
