We are looking for a motivated Demi-Chef de Partie to join our multicultural kitchen brigade and ensure smooth, high-quality service for both our restaurant and banquet operations.
Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, “Anna” is the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, standards, and instructions from the senior kitchen team
- Assist in the daily mise-en-place and ensure your section is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service during busy periods
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and waste reduction practices
Profile
- Passionate about cooking and eager to develop your culinary skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef in a hotel kitchen
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure during busy service times
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus)
