Our F&B outlets include:

• SERRA Restaurant & Bar – a lively, green-inspired venue with a focus on seasonal and local products.
• 2 flexible meeting rooms (20–40 people) and an event space for up to 100 guests, with a strong focus on creative, community-driven events.

Your main responsibilities:

• Management & leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting, events).
• Guest experience: Ensure a personalized, warm, and high-quality service in line with the Indigo spirit.
• Operations & standards: Oversee daily F&B operations while ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Performance & financials: Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and maximize revenues (upselling, F&B yield management).
• Creativity & concept: Propose original initiatives to surprise and delight our guests, with a strong focus on local and creative events.
• Events & banqueting: Develop and coordinate meetings and events (20–100 guests) in collaboration with the Sales department.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in F&B management (hotel or restaurant).
• A natural leader with a positive and motivating approach.
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
