Join our Booking Success team, the driving force behind our groups, events, and individual reservations success. We're a dynamic team that transforms inquiries into memorable experiences and profitable revenues, ensuring every guest's stay is unforgettable.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage bookings: Handle inquiries from groups and events, oversee reservations, coordinate with our Group Operations Success team, and ensure smooth contracts signing.
• Drive sales excellence: Convert inquiries into bookings with a strategic, client-focused approach, ensuring high sales conversion through customized offers and effective negotiation.
• Collaborate & communicate: Work closely with the Yield Manager and Revenue Management Center to ensure profitable quotes and alignment with objectives.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure every event meets customer expectations and operational possibilities, delivering high service levels and profitability.
• Efficient operations: Maintain an organized system to respond to requests within 24 hours and follow up effectively on offers.
• Teamwork & Innovation: Share sales leads, participate in sales actions, client events, and contribute to market analysis to stay competitive.
• Continuous improvement: Commit to ongoing training and personal development for continuous growth.

What we’re looking for

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Sales or Groups & Events positions.
• Skills: Strong commercial and negotiation abilities, excellent teamwork, initiative, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Independence & Resilience: Able to make decisions independently and handle challenges with a solution-minded attitude.
• Adaptability: Flexible and willing to adapt to a changing market environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of performing virtual sales calls and live virtual site inspections.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with OnQ Hilton systems, Delphi, and the Brussels market is a plus.
