JOB SCOPE:
The Reservations and guest service expert is responsible for helping customers with various questions about our hotel and services plus the administrative flow from incoming reservations. You work from Monday to Friday during business hours on-site. You start your day with a set daily checks and tasks in our PMS system, Opera, and will continue to handle reservations for both individual guests and leisure groups. You have a heart for hospitality and are eager to help customers by emphasizing their needs. You are able to anticipate with the best suitable solutions for every problem. Not afraid to take the telephone!

JOB OVERZICHT:
De Reservations en guest service expert is verantwoordelijk voor het helpen van gasten met vragen over ons hotel & services, plus de volledige administratieve flow van inkomende reservaties. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag on-site. Je start je dag met dagelijkse checks en taken in ons PMS systeem, Opera. Vervolgens zal je inkomende reservaties van zowel individuele als leisure groepen behandelen. Je hebt een hart voor guest love en staat steeds klaar om onze gasten verder te helpen met je empatisch denkvermogen. Je bent in staat om de best mogelijke oplossingen te zoeken voor onze gasten.

· Sterke administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel geschreven als verbaal
