F&B Banquet Supervisor – Holiday Inn Brussels Airport

At Holiday Inn Brussels Airport, we are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on F&B Banquet Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of banquet and meeting events within the hotel

• Ensure high standards of service delivery during conferences, meetings, private events, and banquets

• Coordinate event setups according to guest requirements and hotel standards

• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team during operations

• Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, sales, and operational departments

• Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event

• Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally

• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures

• Support stock management and control banquet equipment and materials

• Assist with scheduling and training of banquet team members

• Ensure all function rooms are properly prepared and maintained before, during, and after events

Profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in banqueting or events

• Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel environment is an asset

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Guest-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures

• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong advantages
