Rooms Division Manager – Sales & MarketingWith nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built a strong foundation in hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue optimization. Since the end of 2023, I have been leading the Rooms Division, overseeing both Front Office and Housekeeping while continuing to manage the Bookings Department. This combined responsibility allows me to stay closely connected to daily operations while maintaining a clear strategic vision.
Today, my focus is on ensuring smooth operations, achieving our commercial objectives, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction during a major expansion project that includes the addition of 150 rooms and a new ballroom.
What drives me every day is a passion for service excellence and a commitment to performance. I place great importance on teamwork, communication, and the development of individual talent.
