Commercial & Guest Experience Director – Sales & MarketingAlexis Albert embarked on his journey in the hospitality industry with an internship at Pandox in 2012, serving as a Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Brussels. Eager to expand his skills, he transitioned to the role of receptionist at The Hotel in 2013 and 2014, gaining valuable frontline experience. Recognizing his potential, he returned to Crowne Plaza Brussels to delve into Group and Convention Sales, where he steadily climbed the ranks, ultimately attaining the position of Group & Events Sales Manager in 2017.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and growth, Alexis ventured into Revenue Management, assuming the role of Reservations and Yield Management within the same hotel, seeking to broaden his expertise. In 2019, he embraced a new challenge by joining Pandox's Revenue Management Center (RMC), where he excelled as a Cluster Revenue Manager, overseeing multiple properties under the Pandox umbrella.
In 2022, Alexis transitioned to Hotel Indigo Brussels City, further expanding his horizons as a Commercial Channels Manager, demonstrating his adaptability and acumen in navigating diverse facets of the industry. Recognized for his exceptional leadership and dedication, he currently serves as the Commercial and Guest Experience Director, showcasing his capability to thrive in roles of increasing responsibility.
